TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Reservation and Payment

  • A valid credit/debit card is required to confirm all bookings.
  • Payment may be required either in advance or upon check-in depending on demand and subject to availability.

2. Cancellation and No-Show

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before check-in to avoid charges (see full Cancellation Policy).
  • No-shows will be charged according to the first night's rate.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 12:00 PM onwards.
  • Check-out time: By 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

4. Guest Identification

  • Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in for all guests.
  • In case of Couples, both the occupancies are required to submit their ID proofs during the check-in.

5. Occupancy Limits

  • Room occupancy limits must be respected. Additional guests may incur extra charges or require a room upgrade.

6. Pets Policy

  • Pets are not allowed unless specifically stated otherwise. Service animals are permitted.

7. Damages and Loss

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused during their stay.
  • The hotel is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings.

8. Behaviour

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest for inappropriate conduct.

9. Special Requests

  • Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

10. Force Majeure

  • The hotel is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control

11. Visitor

  • Visitors are not allowed unless permitted by the hotel staff. No details of the Hotel guests would be disclosed to Non hotel guests.
